STEFAN PAPENFUSS – EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

Mr. Papenfuss is Executive Vice President at Quest Integrity. He has over 25 years of experience in the oilfield and pipeline service sectors, spanning all facets of operations and sales management. His experience includes global direction of products and services sales to pipeline operators and engineering contractors. Mr. Papenfuss also has extensive background in in-line inspection technology, covering both magnetic flux leakage and ultrasonic methods for National Oilwell Varco, Tuboscope and NDT Systems and Services. He has led business development teams and has built and developed technology sales teams both domestically and internationally, which lends to his thorough knowledge of global natural gas and pipeline markets. Mr. Papenfuss extensively participates in inspection-related pipeline professional associations such as API, NACE, SGA, APIA and PPSA. Mr. Papenfuss joined Quest Integrity in 2006 to lead the pipeline inspection and assessment effort, including commercial development of InVista™ ultrasonic pipeline inspection technology with a focus on traditionally difficult or unpiggable pipelines.

DAN REVELLE – VICE PRESIDENT, GLOBAL OPERATIONS

Dan Revelle, Vice President, Global Operations, oversees the inspection and condition assessment of pipelines, process piping, and fired heaters for Quest Integrity in North and South America. Quest Integrity offers advanced ultrasonic inspection of heaters and pipelines using a customized tool fleet with industry-leading navigational capabilities. Combining this high-resolution data with asset-specific Fitness-For-Service engineering assessments, Quest provides a combined inspection and engineering deliverable. Dan has worked with Quest Integrity and its predecessor companies since 1996, and was one of the main developers of Quest Integrity’s LifeQuest Pipeline software. He has worked on creating advanced engineering solutions from laser and ultrasonic inspection data, as well as several other specialty engineering software programs. Dan has a bachelor’s degree in Physics from Carleton College, a master’s in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Colorado, and extensive experience in computational mechanics.

 

RON MAURIER – VICE PRESIDENT, GLOBAL SALES & MARKETING

Ron Maurier, Vice President, Global Sales & Marketing, joined Quest Integrity in 2011, with over 32 years of In-Line Inspection and corrosion management industry experience. In addition to global corporate management responsibilities, he has served as an on-site project engineer, developing skills and processes for batching of UT ILI, pigging of unpiggable pipelines, and integration of Direct Assessment & In-Line Inspection integrity evaluation methods. Ron has created unique turnkey inspection solutions for integrity assessment of challenging pipelines world-wide. He has presented numerous technical conference papers is also a member of several industry associations and knowledge sharing groups.

ROBERT DE LORENZO – VICE PRESIDENT, NDT TOOL DEVELOPMENT

Mr. De Lorenzo is Vice President, NDT Tool Development for Quest Integrity. In the early '90s, he began his career working for a private firm specializing in developing custom instrumentation, primarily for the U.S. government’s military branches. He engineered custom measurement technologies to inspect M1 Tank Barrels, rifled tubing and ocean waves using laser profilometry combined with standing wave and environmental instrumentation. He continued with project management and lead engineering efforts to produce exclusive image and laser systems to track the movements of infantry, laser and motion control systems to inspect NASA rocket fuel cells, NRL rocket nuzzles and nuclear tubing. As an early member of Quest Integrity, he led the continued development and manufacturing of our laser measurement technology (LOTIS®), and UT based Furnace Tube Inspection System (FTIS™). He went on to develop the original reformer tube crawler system (MANTIS™), a hi-definition laser profilometery system (LOTIS-600), and the entire suite of InVista™ unpiggable pipeline inspection tools. Mr. De Lorenzo continues to manage the overall development, manufacturing and maintenance of Quest Integrity's prestigious NDT Tool Development Group.

CAROLYN KOLOVICH – VICE PRESIDENT, ADVANCED ENGINEERING

Ms. Kolovich is the Vice President, Advanced Engineering for Quest Integrity. Her career spans nearly 20 years focused on pipeline integrity management to the oil and gas industry. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering and began her career in engineering at a consulting firm specializing in pipeline integrity. Her experience includes technical execution of integrity projects related to defect assessment, management of threats, and inspection planning, and execution of business development strategies to provide solutions to the issues facing the industry. Ms. Kolovich has been an active participant in the industry through publications, industry presentations, and collaborative efforts with API and ASME. She is the current chairwoman of the ASME B31.4 committee. She joined Quest Integrity in 2018.

BILLY EASTER – VICE PRESIDENT, GLOBAL STRATEGIC SERVICES

Billy Easter, Vice President of Global Strategic Services, joined Quest Integrity in January of 2020, but came as a transfer from our parent company TEAM, Inc. where he had been a member of the Legal Department for 10 years. Mr. Easter manages Quest Integrity’s global administrative and support functions, including Quality, Safety, Training, Contracts, Legal, and Service Line Specialist, but is also instrumentally involved in other cross-functional and cross-border special projects related to our employees, finances, mergers & acquisitions, and strategy. Mr. Easter has over 15 years of legal experience, including commercial transaction work within a law firm and his in-house experience at TEAM where he was Assistant General Counsel responsible for corporate finance, compliance, global subsidiary management, and supporting the center-led functions at corporate headquarters. Mr. Easter has a B.S. degree from Texas Tech University, a Juris Doctor degree from Baylor University, and an M.B.A. from Rice University.
