InVista® Subsea

Inspect Smarter. Faster. Deeper. Safer.

Unlock the Future of Offshore Pipeline Integrity

Welcome to the next generation of offshore pipeline inspection technology, where intelligence meets innovation. Offshore operations require advanced solutions to ensure the integrity and longevity of subsea pipelines, risers, flowlines, and tiebacks.

At Quest Integrity, we are redefining offshore inspection with InVista® Subsea—the industry’s premier ultrasonic (UT) in-line inspection (ILI) tool that simplifies inspections and maximizes results.

InVista Subsea provides a smarter, faster, and safer approach to asset integrity management. Its compact, lightweight design is flow-driven, bi-directional, and supports multiple diameters, making it highly versatile. The system provides complete 100% circumferential and axial coverage, delivering high-quality, high-resolution geometry and metal loss data, even for the most complex subsea systems, enabling more informed decision making.

Tools are available for diameters from 2 to 48 inches (51 to 1219 mm), with a maximum pressure rating of 34.5 MPa (5000 psi), equivalent to water depths greater than 10,000 feet (3000 m), and can measure pipe wall thickness from 0.05 to 2 inches (1.3 mm to 51 mm).

Operators benefit from rapid deployment, comprehensive inspection coverage, and precise anomaly detection, all of which help to minimize lost production, reduce costs, and provide proactive integrity assurance.

Features and benefits

Why InVista Subsea?

Unrivaled Inspection

Compact, lightweight tools navigate even the most challenging offshore systems, delivering full-coverage, high-fidelity UT inspection data.

No costly topside modifications, support vessels, or crane access required. Tools can be hand-carried, launched, and recovered, making mobilization and deployment fast and simple.

Bi-directional, free-swimming tools eliminate the risk of lodging, helping maximize safety and minimize lost production.

Engineered for pipe diameters from 2 to 48 inches (51 to 1,219 mm), wall thickness up to 2 inches (51 mm), and capable of operating at water depths exceeding 10,000 ft (3000 m).

On-site cleaning verification and data validation guarantee actionable results, backed by advanced engineering assessments and cloud-based reporting.

From feasibility studies, pig design, and progressive cleaning plans to post-inspection analysis and assessment, Quest Integrity provides end-to-end support tailored to your project needs.
